We are pleased to introduce the latest phase of the Wexford Community: Wexford Sections 2, 3 and 4 which jointly have been designated as The Estates at Wexford.  They are located immediately north of Wexford and are designed to compliment the other phases. These sections have covenants that are generally consistent with the remainder of the community except for some items appropriate for the very large homesite concept.  Some of the lots have road frontage and others are served by private drives.
