SUMMARY - SECTIONS 2, 3 AND 4 (8 LOTS)
Note: The following aerial photo of Section 2 is shown below for reference. Note the white driveway easement that will be used to serve Lots 3 and 4 as well as Lot 1 of Section 2. The initial stone driveway (meeting Danville requirements) is under construction. It is intended to have this drive paved in the future when the road base is sufficient. As provided in the Driveway Maintenance Agreement, the cost of the paving will be shared by the respective Owners and Developer (unsold lots). Below this photo is a wider view that shows Section 2, Lot 1 also but does not indicate the driveway location.
Note: The following aerial photo of Section 3, Lot 2 (10.5 acres) and Section 4, Lot 1 (3.19 acres) and Section 4, Lot 2 (2.81acres) is also shown below for reference. In the case of the latter lot, this acreage includes the driveway. A replat is underway which will make the driveway a common area to the 3 served lots and remove the acreage from Section 4, Lot 1 which will become 2.10 acres. Note the private driveway easement that will be used to serve these three lots.
The initial stone driveway (meeting Danville requirements) is completed but not shown in this photo. It is intended to have this drive paved in the future when the road base is sufficient. As provided in the Driveway Maintenance Agreement, the cost of the paving will be shared by the respective Owners and Developer (unsold lots). Also, on the 10.5 acre lot a ponding area is shown at the top center of the lot. This photo was taken some time ago and a grass swale has been installed from the north to the south of this lot and the ponding has been eliminated.
