The Wexford Community consists of both Wexford and Wexford Commons as shown in the Overall Community Plat available for download from the sidebar at the right. The building requirements for each are summarized in the [Covenants].
The layout of Wexford is shown in the first drawing below which also shows the entrance from CR 50E on the left and the entry to Wexford Commons. In general, most homesites have lot widths at the building line of 120' or more. The topography on several of the lots will accommodate walk-out basements. Future Wexford development is proposed to the east as shown on the drawing although presently unscheduled.
The second plat below (slightly larger scale) shows Wexford Commons which is located immediately to the south of Wexford.
