The community consists of WEXFORD and WEXFORD COMMONS, two adjacent sections. Please refer to the [Covenants] section that describes the different building requirements for these two areas.

Wexford includes several large lakefront and wooded building sites as well as numerous other large lots on very attractive rolling topography. Many can accommodate walkout basements.

Wexford Commons has slightly relaxed square footage and exterior brick/stone requirements but with the same overall quality as the remaining section.

Our new Wexford community is convenient to the many new shopping areas in the rapidly developing area along US 36 in eastern Hendricks County, Indiana.   We are within a mile of Hendricks Regional Health (a major hospital facility in Danville) and a few minutes west of the new Clarian West Medical Center on CR 100N (10th Street) and Prestwick golf course. The 23 acre public Ellis Park is within walking distance, connected by a new Danville walking trail.  Although close to the exciting growth areas of eastern Hendricks County, the Wexford community is located in a pleasant area with small town values.

Both phases of Wexford are open to all custom builders upon approval of the Architectural Committee. Those that have already received approval are shown under the [Builders] section later in this website.

All owners in the community are members of an active homeowners association intended to enhance and protect property values by managing all aspects of the community and ensuring compliance with the restrictive covenants.
